Construction
Conductors: Tinned copper wire 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16mm2 PV1-F 18. 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2mm2 PV wire
Insulation: The thickness of the low smoke halogen-free material is greater than 0.5mm and meets the limit value given by the customer.
Sheath: Low smoke halogen-free material thickness>0.5mm
Using 150 ℃ halogen-free flame retardant photovoltaic cable irradiation insulation material (because the highest temperature is 120 ℃, it must be higher than it), it is mainly made of halogen-free non-toxic modified polyolefin resin as the main raw material, with the addition of halogen-free non-toxic flame retardants, heat stabilizers, smoke suppressants, mold inhibitors and other additives, without halogens (especially emphasized in Europe), heavy metals, and phosphorus elements. And it complies with ROHS, with little change in insulation resistance after immersion in water.
