1. Uses:

WDW-T100 is applicable for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing test of metal materials and non-metal materials. They may add test methods or rules of other materials to customers' need. They are essential testing instrument for quality testing section, university and colleges, research institution and industrial and mining enterprise.

Structure : Four columns (The upper part is for Compression and the lower part is for Traction) - Two ball screw and four rod guide structure, the coaxial degree is high, the machine can run smoothly

3.Working condition:

3.1  Room temperature 10℃~35℃,the relative humidity is≤ 80%;

3.2 Install it on level solid base, levelness is 0.2/1000;

3.3 Around it without vibration, corrosive medium, strong electric-magnetic field interference;

3.4 Fluctuation of power voltage can’t be more than ±10% of rated voltage; 

3.6 3-phase and 4-wire AC current, 380V/50HZ or change it according the users’ local power; if use 220V/50HZ, a transformer is needed.

3.7 The host testing machine should be connected to the ground stably.

5. Functions and features:

5. 1 host machine

5.1.1 Imported Panasonic digital AC servo motor and servo driver, velocity ratio can reach 1:100000; the system is with high-precision control and well stability, runs smoothly and reliably, responses quickly and noise lowly, its functions includes overload, over current, overvoltage, under voltage, overheating, abnormal end, fault alarm and so on. And can adjust the parameter according to the different machine and test type. To run well, it adopts the position control of servo system. The digital interface unit overcomes the zero-drift of velocity loop low-speed instability.

5.1.2 Precision ball leading screw and precision reducer transmission is smooth drive, low noise and without clearance.

5.1.3 Moving crosshead is with upper and lower limit protection and can protect the machine.

5.2 Measurement and control system

5.2.1 Imported electronic component and digital design;

5.2.2 Meeting to PCI2.1 bus standard, computer is with automatic installation and identification. It can test if entering the card;

5.2.3 Integrated dual-channel precision amplifier and digital zero;

5.2.4 Data acquisition system consists of 4-channel high-precision A/D 18-conversion channel. The highest resolution is 1/200000. There is no subsection of all process; meanwhile, it can have 5 subsections according to customers’ requirements;

5.2.5 3-channel photoelectric encoder input, orthogonal codes pulse resolution can be as high as 5 MHZ, its function is correct mistakes, identify and count;

5.2.6 There is no potentiometers and other hand-components, ensuring the interoperability, easy maintenance and replaced; 

5.2.7 Built-in large CPLD, with high-speed computing, real-time processing;


6. Test software

The control mode contains constant force, constant displacement, constant deformation and others. The testing process can display force-displacement, force-time force- deformation curves test curves, and can automatically switch at any time, easy to observe and compare. The test process control and data processing fully consistent with the corresponding metal materials and non-metallic materials national standards. Automatic strike tensile strength; yield strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus, the proportion of non-extension strength RP0.2 and other conventional data the test process control and data processing materials in full compliance with the corresponding national standards.

6.1 The software configures many force sensors and deformation sensor. It can be changed for the needs at any time. 

6.2 Professional testing machine software is general strongly, the internal software to provide users with dozens of metal and non-metallic standard test methods users, and can also make the standard test methods according to uses’ requirements.

6.3 Adopting the open database structure, users can add the definition of projects by their own requirement; users can also edit reporting format.

6.4 TENSON Test Modular design

Test module:test software main interface, test control center;

a. Parameter management authority: Operators of non-debug can not enter the parameters this module;

b. New data module: can make the new test parameters data by a single or batch of;

c. Data inquiry module: the user can quickly find test data they need from the thousands of available test data through variety of filter conditions;

e.Report print module: edit test report by the needs arbitrarily. 

6.5 TENSON Test Equipped with a variety of supplementary procedures

f.Debugging tools box-configuring program: open it, then can change the configuration parameters of system;

g.Batch processing program: one batch curves of specimen can be compared and the results can be statistical; 

h.Report processing program: TensonTest.DOC, TensonTest.xls and high-defined report, can make the user edit the format statements.

i.Overload protection: if the load is ≥ 2%~10% of rated value, the machine will stop automatically.

j.Reserved data interface can be directly connected to the integrated management network of laboratory.
